Autumn Cibik is currently studying Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Utah, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She brings fresh, innovative thinking to the IP and frameworks that sit at the core of 10X CEO — an ability to approach complicated problems from a new angle and surface ideas the room hasn't considered yet.

As a Working Genius Certified Facilitator, Autumn conducts assessments to help build stronger, more effective teams — aligning individuals' strengths with their responsibilities to maximize performance and drive collective success. Her focus is on developing team members by putting the right people in the right roles.

At 10X CEO, she works across member development initiatives — bringing both her academic grounding in operations and her instinct for people to the work of making the network stronger.
