Janine Dukes has been with the organization longer than almost anyone — joining Inc Magazine's CEO Program in 1999 and moving to 10X CEO when it launched in 2003. More than 25 years later, she remains the operational core of the business.

As Director of Operations, Janine is the organizational backbone of 10X CEO — overseeing the financial and administrative systems that keep the business running with precision, ensuring the coaching team and CEO community are supported at every level, and producing the Accelerate Conference, the flagship annual event that brings the entire 10X CEO network together in one room.

Her tenure is not just a tenure number. It represents an institutional knowledge of the program, the coaches, and the CEO community that cannot be replicated. She has watched the network grow from its earliest days and carries the history of the organization in her work every day.
