Meg Scales sees what others miss. In seven years at 10X CEO, she has developed a rare ability to identify the white space in a conversation — the unspoken tension, the unnamed constraint, the growth edge a CEO or team hasn't yet found language for. That capacity is the foundation of everything she does.

As Director of Leadership and Experience, Meg works across the 10X CEO ecosystem — with CEOs, coaches, and their teams — to design the systems, standards, and support that drive performance and growth. She approaches every person she works with as a person first: human, energy-aware, and deeply interested in unlocking what's already there rather than installing something new. Her focus is on helping leaders develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their teams, and operate at a higher level — not through frameworks alone, but through genuine insight into how people work best.

She is a certified Working Genius Facilitator and brings extensive experience with Lencioni principles and EOS frameworks to her sessions. Her work integrates these tools not as programs to complete, but as lenses that help leaders see themselves and their teams more clearly — and act on what they see.
