Scott Berg has spent 30 years inside high-growth enterprise software companies — not advising from the outside, but operating from within. He has led companies through IPOs and acquisitions, held the VP of Sales, CRO, COO, and CEO seats, and understands the full stack of what it takes to build and scale a market-leading business. His career includes Dendrite, Cegedim, Connect Inc., SuccessFactors, Extensity, Birst, and ServiceMax — four of which went public or were acquired by public companies and private equity investors.

As a former VP of Sales turned CRO turned two-time CEO, he brings rare end-to-end commercial and operational pattern recognition to every conversation. He joined 10X CEO in 2014 as a member, eventually becoming COO and then CEO of ServiceMax. That experience gave him firsthand conviction in what the program produces. He joined as Managing Director in 2020 and became a Partner in 2023. His focus is helping CEOs develop their craft as leaders — not just hit their numbers, but become the kind of operator who makes hitting those numbers repeatable.
